Not quite the new kids on the block, but absolutely essential.

Year two is when it clicks. By year nine, you’re basically family. These are the ones who’ve found their rhythm, earned their stripes, and kept things running through design weeks, deadlines, and whatever else the day throws.

They keep us sharp. They keep it fun. Most of all, they keep us young—and we mean that in every way. Big thanks to Amanda, Jessica H., Jessica Kay, Henry, Natalie, Michelle, Jacque, Jessica W., and Lexi.

We’re taking a minute to shout out the crew who’ve been with us for the long haul… but haven’t hit lifer status just yet.

You don’t stick around this long without a few stories under your belt.

Warehouse sample sales, furniture emergencies, fair day fun, birthday lunches, April Fools pranks that went a little too far (no such thing), and a total solar eclipse that somehow turned into a full-on party 🤭

They’ve seen the chaos, rolled with the last-minute curveballs, and kept us laughing through all of it. Ten to nineteen years in, and still showing up like it’s just another day at the circus.

Shout-out to Melissa, Dale, Alan, Ginger, Tiffany, and Jud for sticking with us through it all. Absolute legends 🫶🏽

Vicki’s been here 22 years. That’s two decades of showroom moves, design weeks, pandemics, backorders, tariff drama— and yes, her spreadsheets are still flawless ✨🫰🏽

She runs the accounting department, keeps the lights on, and makes sure we don’t blow the budget on Italian sofas and mood lighting 🤭

She’s our longest-standing employee, our behind-the-scenes MVP, and the reason the rest of us get to play with furniture.

Stick around—she sure has 🖤
