We were born thanks to the idea of some young entrepreneurs with a passion for design. We were in the right place, in the heart of a production district that still has innovation and excellence as its strengths. We wanted to show how technology and creativity could accompany ‘made in Italy’ design into the new millennium. We have grown fast, thanks to projects that have interpreted the spirit of the times and to customers who have embraced our vision. Our collection is about inspiration and falling in love, it’s the outcome of collaborating with some of the most interesting personalities in contemporary design.

We are an Italian company that has been producing lightweight, minimalist furniture and furnishing accessories for homes and community spaces since 1995. Being Kristalia has entailed ideas, time and especially values. Our commitment and design concept envisages that the same furniture, in terms of function and aesthetics, can furnish homes, restaurants and hotels, as well as indoor and outdoor spaces.

Kristalia represents the finest industrial craftsmanship. Innovative and technological, the company brings together manual skills with standard reproduction, highly specialized operators with mechanical production, efficiency and slow production. At Kristalia, the multidisciplinary Bluezone team experiments with materials and construction methods.

Italy is where 100% of our production takes place and where more than 90% of the raw materials we use – glass, steel, polypropylene, aluminum and wood – are sourced. Going against the trend, we also carry out some in-house processing, and in our powder coating center we have created new colors: Exclusive Colors finishes. Much of our knowledge of materials springs from the vibrant industrial context all around us: technical clothing, automotive components and knitwear, to name but a few, are a constant inspiration to us to innovate and evolve.

We aim to create products that last, so we set ourselves extremely high standards of quality and work consciously, starting with the design. We carefully select materials and suppliers, monitor our energy consumption and emissions while producing our own energy with photovoltaic panels. All our products are internally tested by Ercole, a machine that performs many more tests and cycles than those required at the Italian and international level. They are tested by external bodies, which certify their mechanical resistance, reaction to fire, health and safety, and always produce excellent results. We are working towards obtaining Carbon Footprint certification and specific certifications (EPD environmental declaration and LCA – Life Cycle Assessment) for our new products.
