Process
Here at Scott + Cooner we make this process as easy as possible for you and your client. We create all the necessary drawings, communicate the fabrication and shipping processes with you and Italy; We can even coordinate your install, using trusted people who are Poliform experts. Below are the details:
Step 1
Provide architectural drawings and any details in the space. Discuss all wants and needs for the project, especially finishes.
Step 2
We create drawings and renderings for a “show and discuss meeting” so you can see Poliform capabilities and compare to any other options you may have.
Step 3
Upon engagement we require a design deposit, which will be credited toward the completion of your order. A full set of drawings are then produced for your approval.
Step 4
Upon approval of drawings, a 50% deposit is due to S+C to place the order with the factory. Once the deposit has been received, the design deposit will be applied to the balance due.
Step 5
Once Poliform gets the drawings they will send us their factory drawings which we will review and approve in order to go into production.
Step 6
Upon factory drawing approval, your order goes into the que in Italy. Production lead time is usually about 20-24 weeks.
Step 7
Shipping is usually about 6-8 weeks by ocean freight. We coordinate all steps of the shipping.
Step 8
Installation. We're happy to recommend one of our expert installers or you may use your own.
